This product includes a mailed water testing kit and a professional review of the results to determine whether a DIY water treatment system is appropriate for your water.
It is intended for customers who do not currently have water test results and want guidance before purchasing a DIY system.

What we test for
Testing is focused on parameters that affect water treatment system selection, including:
- pH
- Total Dissolved Solids (TDS)
- Iron (ferric & ferrous, as applicable)
- Manganese
- Nitrates / nitrites
- Chlorine (if applicable)
- Hydrogen sulfide (odor indicators)
- Bacteria screening (presence/absence, where applicable)
This is design-grade testing, not regulatory or compliance testing.
What this service does NOT include
- State-certified compliance testing
- On-site sampling or service
- Installation or system guarantees
- Testing beyond the parameters listed
How it works
- Complete your purchase
- We mail your water testing kit with instructions
- You collect and return the sample as directed
- Once results are received, we review them
- You receive a clear recommendation: DIY appropriate or professional system recommended
Turnaround time
- Test kit ships within 1–2 business days
- Review is typically completed within 1–2 business days after results are received
Total turnaround depends on sample return time.
Credit policy
The cost of this testing and review may be credited toward:
- A DIY system purchase, or
- Professional water system services
(credit applies to the same property and within 30 days)
